Cayman National Choir & Orchestra is registered as a Not-For-Profit association under Section 80 (1) of the CompaniesLaw (2013 Revision ).The special requirements to be so registered are designed to ensure the Cayman Islands regime for not-for-profit associations takes due account of the anti-terrorism standards adopted by the Financial Action Task Force ( FATF) and the UN  Security Council.

Whilst not essential to be incorporated CNC&O is registered as a company and has been since 1993.
